Balluun aims to be a leader in industry B2B marketplaces. They build and manage marketplaces for key industries such as fashion, toys, construction equipment and more. Balluun needed to provide their customers with an easy tool that would be instrumental in the fast pace world of trade shows. In these high energy environments, there is limited time to connect, showcase inventory, negotiate and manage orders. The B2B sales tool needed to be powerful to manage all these connection points, but most importantly, it needed to be easy and intuitive to use, and be faster and more organized than paper and spreadsheets.
The B2B Sales tool we designed, allows buyers to work directly with suppliers, with direct access to inventory, variables, attributes, contact and order management. Once a member is signed up to the platform, they can not only manage all items, users and orders, but can continue to work with brands within their network to streamline the wholesale to retail process ongoing. Most importantly, this tool helped optimize the sales process, and proved to be considerably faster and easier to make and take orders both at the conventions, and after the conventions are over.
